Electrical Engineering Intern (R&D Sustaining)
Bracco Medical Technologies is dedicated to empowering lifesaving decisions through innovative medical devices. The Electrical Engineering Intern will work alongside the R&D team to develop and test designs for medical devices, gaining hands-on experience in various engineering tasks.

Responsibilities
Work with a mentor in the R&D Sustaining Engineering team to develop and test current and emerging designs related to medical devices used by radiologists and interventional cardiologists
Gain experience in circuit design, test development and execution, component and assembly analysis, schematic capture and printed circuit board layout, prototype building/testing, technical writing, and engineering support for projects
Be exposed to working with various operations, product development and R&D departments within the Bracco Medical Technologies organization
Learn key requirements which need to be followed in a regulated environment such as the medical device industry
Qualification
Required
Undergraduates entering their third or fourth year OR graduate students enrolled in an electrical, systems, biomedical, or computer engineering
Preferred
Experience in the following areas is preferred: Circuit design, analysis, simulation, some software (C, C++, MATLAB, Labview), schematic capture, prototyping skills (soldering, enclosures, and wiring)
