Qualification
Required
10 plus years' experience with federal court
Experience in complex litigation
Experience with 42 usc 1983
Experience in medical malpractice defense
Demonstrated ability to independently handle a significant case load
Ability to strategically plan successful strategies for client's success
Currently practicing attorney comfortable with billable hours
Proficiency in file management
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
