The Senior Strategic Analytics Associate will support data management, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives, playing a critical role in developing analytics tools and creating financial reports to enhance operational performance.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that streamline workflows and enable visibility into the organization's data assets and finances
Drive efforts to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency by working with internal teams to align on data management and quality control best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, Development, Legal, EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction), Commercial, Asset Operations and Performance, Data Science and Software Engineering, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven decision-making
Identify and implement opportunities to automate workflows, reduce manual reporting efforts, and enhance operational efficiency using modern data tools and AI-driven solutions
Develop, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to support project tracking and strategic decision-making
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to strategic analytics, ensuring compliance with internal policies and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Minimum BA/BS in economics, finance, data science, business, or related field
3-6 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data-focused role
Ability to synthesize and present complex data in a clear and actionable manner
Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results
Highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
Advanced experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Query, SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps or other low-code programming tools
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Fabric or other end-to-end data management platforms
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio or other AI agent development platforms
Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft suite of tools and applications including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
