Responsibilities
Inspects completed fiberglass boat bodies, hulls, and parts for defects and blemishes
Repairs boat body and hull defects by sanding, buffing, spraying, or dabbing
Works in team to physically move boats in the production area
ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year in boat manufacturing
Skilled at using hand tools
Understand written and verbal instructions
Safety conscious
Attention to fine detail
Light lifting, under 20 lbs
Light carrying, under 20 lbs
Moderate lifting, 21-59 lbs
Moderate carrying, 21 – 59 lbs
Straight pulling
Pushing
