The Shop Service Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining pressure washers and water treatment systems while providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Effectively diagnose and repair/replace malfunctioning equipment
Provide routine maintenance
Troubleshoot and repair Pressure Washers and Water Treatment Systems
Perform preventative maintenance service for contract customers
Maintain service vehicle, tools, and equipment in good working order
Ability to satisfy clients in a clean, efficient, and professional manner while performing duties
Complete company paperwork accurately and organized
Always be honest with high standards and integrity
Ability to research and solve technical problems in the field
Work independently and with others
Qualification
Required
Experience in basic electrical wiring and mechanic work suited for pressure washers, light duty pumps and piping
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Must have own tools
