Manager, Expansion Sales

The Sales Manager will lead a team of Account Managers to expand revenue within existing clients through strategic initiatives and collaboration with various teams to enhance client experiences.

Responsibilities

Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on driving expansion within our existing client base
Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities across our suite of add-on products
Monitor team performance, pipeline health, and key metrics to ensure attainment of monthly and quarterly revenue goals
Partner closely with Sales Enablement to deliver targeted training that strengthens product knowledge and expansion selling skills
Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to align campaigns and offerings with client needs and market demand
Establish and refine processes and tools that enable operational excellence and scalable growth within Account Management
Provide accurate forecasting and performance reporting to the VP of Sales
Motivate and mentor team members to exceed individual and team objectives
Champion a culture of customer success and retention by empowering Account Managers to act as strategic partners to their clients
Gather and share client feedback to help inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
Travel to sales related events as required
Other duties as assigned by supervisor or HHAeXchange leader

Required

5+ years of experience managing high-performing Account Management teams in a fast-paced sales cycle, focused on expanding client value through a portfolio of add-on solutions to our core agency management system
Strong understanding of sales best-practices & methodologies
Experience upselling to first-time technology buyers
Humility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face on a daily basis in the homecare industry
Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role

Preferred
