$20/hr - $20/hrKiva Confections is a leading cannabis-infused edibles company in California. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for pulling inventory to fulfill account orders and ensuring the accuracy of inventory processes in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct cycle counts & inventory processes in Encompass to ensure accuracy
Prepares finished goods for shipment to accounts by pulling, packing, and palletizing
Receive and log incoming items
Unload delivery trucks and make sure that each inbound delivery matches the purchase order
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse
Maintain and operate a pallet jack and forklift
Help coordinate and track the movement of goods through METRC
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent experience is required
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required
Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and safety rules, such as operation and maintenance instructions
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions
Preferred
Previous order fulfillment experience is highly preferred
Forklift Operator Certification preferred, but not required
