Responsibilities

Directly source a rich pipeline of talent for an assigned portfolio of searches

Partner closely with hiring managers and Recruiters to develop effective sourcing and outreach strategies

Develop insights from targeted sourcing experiments and talent research and use those insights to influence hiring managers and improve the trajectory of your searches

Institutionalize and compound our talent strategies, competitive intelligence, and outreach content to make the whole team more effective at sourcing

Own the early-stage candidate experience and make it a positive and memorable journey, even for candidates who do not join us

Lead various projects and programs to improve and support our sourcing and recruiting efforts overall

Required

At least three years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing top talent

Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams

Bachelor's degree (a plus)
