Account Executive
Pavion is a global leader in providing innovative fire, security, and communication integration solutions. They are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive to grow their presence in the Eastern MA and Southern NH territories by developing new customer relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.

Responsibilities
This new salesperson will be responsible for growing our presence in the Eastern MA and Southern NH territories
Create new market share through prospecting and developing a new customer base
Strengthen existing customer partnerships within commercial accounts
Cultivate new leads through referrals, company provided leads, networking, and cold calling
Efficiently manage territory resources to maximize daily production and customer relationships
Provide consultations to customers that include design, scope of work and solution integration
Promote and cross sell all AFA products and services
Collaborate with manufacturing representatives and operational counterparts
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years of fire systems/fire alarms sales or low voltage or CCTV experience
Valid Driver Licenses and acceptable driving record
Preferred
Experience as a successful commercial or business (B2B) sales consultant in the security, IT or other technology sales industry
A proven track record of building and expanding customer relationship
Strong relationship building skills
Understanding of business trade relationships
