Responsibilities

Conduct patient and participant interviews following established research protocols and procedures
Solicit and record sensitive or confidential information while maintaining participant trust and confidentiality
Demonstrate flexibility in managing a changing workload based on study needs and protocol adjustments
Recruit and screen new study subjects according to inclusion and exclusion criteria
Compile, organize, and transfer collected data into required report formats or study databases
Communicate effectively with study coordinators, investigators, and other research staff regarding progress and findings
Conduct presentations or informational sessions to recruit participants or share research information with groups
Ensure compliance with all institutional, state, and federal research regulations, including ethical standards for human subjects
Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of the research project

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations

associate or bachelor's degree in a health-related or social science field
Prior Experience Conducting Interviews, Surveys, Or Data Collection
