Responsibilities

Quantitative market analysis: modeling token flows, on-chain behavioral signals, forecasting valuations, and determining risk exposure

Conducting experiments and communicating your findings to Paradigm’s investors, researchers and engineers

Building scalable data infrastructure (dashboards, self-service analytics, on-demand insights) to support investment decision-making

Developing new computational techniques to identify signals that can inform investment decisions

Required

Experience building quantitative and/or financial products with world-class technical teams

Background in statistics and machine learning

Deep familiarity with the decentralized finance ecosystem (smart contracts, on-chain data)
