Responsibilities
Provide nursing services within the scope of practice, following individualized plans of care
Deliver treatment, evaluate patient response, and report changes to the Case Manager and/or Director of Nursing
Supervise LVNs when assigned
Complete online charting in Kinnser on company-provided devices
Follow all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
Active California RN license
Valid California Driver's License
Caring, compassionate personality with strong communication skills
