Responsibilities

Handle a wide range of civil, criminal and regulatory matters for corporate and individual clients

Represent issuers and their directors and officers in securities class actions, derivative suits, merger litigation and other civil actions

Represent audit and special committees in connection with internal investigations related to allegations of accounting fraud, whistleblower claims, or alleged violations of anti-bribery and anti-money laundering laws

Defend companies and individuals in connection with DOJ, SEC and state attorney general investigations and regulatory proceedings

Required
