Senior Vice President, Client Enablement Manager

The Senior Vice President, Client Enablement Manager will collaborate with teams to establish controls and governance, while driving process improvements in the Asset Servicing Controls team.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional Asset Servicing teams to interpret commercial and regulatory needs and translate them into actionable, sustainable controls
Serve as subject matter expert on controls and governance, advising both leadership and key stakeholders on risks and mitigation, and reporting on progress
Drive continuous process improvement in governance by monitoring business developments and integrating best practices into our existing frameworks
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of successfully leading delivery of complex projects, including regulatory change initiatives, within banking or financial institutions
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent analytical, communication and management capabilities, with a results-oriented and execution-focused mindset
Preferred
Compliance background and/or experience with assigned products, services or business lines/areas and pertaining laws, regulations and rules of relevant regulators
7 - 10 years experience
