Responsibilities
Develop/Adapt original all-over prints, placements, and graphics specifically suited for sleepwear based on newness, feedback, and collaboration
Collaborate and communicate with key partners throughout the design process including design and factory partners as needed
Research seasonal trends, color palettes, and market inspirations to inform new print concepts
Create and prepare print-ready artwork, color separations, and repeat layouts for sampling and production
Maintain organization of digital print libraries and artwork archives
Manage priorities and meet design calendar deadlines
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
Solid understanding of printing techniques, fabric behavior, with a strong sense of color
Portfolio required at time of interview
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to pivot freely between priorities each day
Minimum 4-6 years' experience in related role
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Textile Design or related field preferred
