Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth in the security market
Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in target organizations
Utilize market intelligence and analysis to pinpoint opportunities for business expansion and client engagement
Lead negotiations and ensure the smooth transition of clients from prospect to onboarding
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging and offerings with client demands
Track and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to effectively position Trilagen's solutions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
7+ years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on cybersecurity solutions
A minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within a cybersecurity-focused organization
Demonstrated success in developing and executing business development strategies that deliver measurable results
Strong networking skills and the ability to build long-term relationships in the cybersecurity industry
Over 4 years of experience collaborating with the SailPoint Enterprise Sales Teams
Existing connections with Enterprise Clients
Demonstrated success in selling to enterprise clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong presentation style
Proficiency in using CRM software (such as Salesforce) and other sales tools
In-depth understanding of current cybersecurity trends, technologies, and industry standards
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
