Lead strategic initiatives that help determine the future of BW
Own end-to-end deliverables that are critical to the company’s success
Work on strategic projects in Corporate Strategy, People Strategy, Technology Strategy, Marketing, and Continuous Improvement & Supply Chain
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled as a 1st year student in an MBA program
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills to solve complex business problems, with a proven track record of success
Superior leadership abilities with demonstrated business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable driving impact while navigating ambiguity
Strong desire to join a people-centric, caring culture
Willingness to work in St. Louis, MO in summer 2026. Full-time location to be discussed during the interview process
Authorized to work in the US without restrictions
