Assist with flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and excursions tailored to client preferences
Provide personalized service before, during, and after their travels
Keep up with travel trends, promotions, and destination insights to offer the best recommendations
Handle booking issues or travel challenges with proactive solutions
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service and communication skills
A passion for travel and helping others explore the world
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Must be 18+ with a smartphone or computer
Preferred
Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus, but not required
