Responsibilities
Conduct financial modeling and underwriting of commercial real estate opportunities (primarily logistics/distribution centers)
Prepare internal investment memos and materials for cross-border approval
Perform property-level due diligence and assist in closing processes
Monitor macroeconomic and real estate market trends (U.S. and Japan)
Provide data-driven insights to support investment strategies
Assist in asset valuation, leasing analysis, and hold/sell recommendations
Collaborate with Japan-based team to prepare materials and updates for Japanese investors
Support communication and reporting for co-investment structures
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Japanese and English
Assist in tracking pipeline activity and deal status
Coordinate with legal, accounting, and external partners
Support special projects including fundraising or new business initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private equity, or corporate finance
Strong financial modeling and Excel skills required
Native-level Japanese and professional English fluency
Highly self-motivated with the ability to work in a flat, fast-paced team environment
U.S. work authorization required (visa sponsorship considered for exceptional candidates)
Preferred
Experience with commercial real estate underwriting (non-residential assets)
Familiarity with Japanese investor relations or cross-border transactions
Interest in long-term career growth within an international investment platform
