As a Lead Data Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering solutions to customers by overseeing file updates for rates, forms, and location data, while also guiding off-shore teams and collaborating on business requirements.

Responsibilities
Act as the authority for training and product expertise, including formal presentations
Guide off-shore teams, provide oversight, and demonstrate leadership skills
Collaborate with team members to capture business requirements including analyzing circulars to determine system impact
Participate in business requirement walkthroughs and specification inspections
Develop strong, strategic relationships with internal and external customers and act as a liaison for complex initiatives requiring cross functional coordination
Analyze and work with internal and external customers to identify and resolve defects
Conduct detailed root cause analysis on defects and recommend solutions
Provide leadership on large and sophisticated development/bureau projects
Stay up-to-date on industry and job-related trends and best practices, including reading relevant publications, articles, blogs, etc
Suggest new tools, workflows, and solutions to improve operational efficiency
Utilize effective methods and techniques to satisfy quality and timeliness commitments
Maintain and improve processing documentation
Qualification
Required
Analytical and critical thinker
Individual with technical aptitude
Effective written and oral English communicator
Individual with excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Self-starter and quick learner with the ability to handle multiple priorities or tasks
Individual with the ability to articulately present information
Up to 10% Travel
Preferred
4+ years experience
Bachelor's degree in related field (equivalent work experience may be considered)
Property & Casualty experience, certifications, or licenses a plus
