Aerospace Engineering - SOE Undergraduate Student Teaching Fellow
The Center for Public Partnerships & Research is seeking an Undergraduate Teaching Fellow to support faculty instructors at the University of Kansas. The role involves guiding student engagement in undergraduate engineering courses and assisting with problem sets and other activities.

Responsibilities
Help faculty administer activities such as group work, problem-solving, etc. for improving student learning and engagement in key engineering courses
Enhance student learning by interacting with students during the class period by guiding students to maximize concept mastery
Qualification
Required
Must have taken the specified course or an equivalent class and earned at least a ‘B' in the course
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated mastery of course content
The job requires physical presence in the class (approximately 3 hours/week for a 3 credit course) and 2.5 hours/week outside of the class. Must be able to attend the class assigned to be UGTF for
Preferred
Teaching/Tutoring/Grading experience in a university/college setting
Earned an ‘A' in course
