Responsibilities
Achieve 100%+ revenue targets
Be on-site with customers 3–4 days a weeks 3 out of every 4 weeks
Coach SAMs and BDMs on customer qualification, progression, and expansion
Run tight weekly deal clinics and activity audits
Drive CRM accuracy and forecast precision
Qualification
Required
Experience in a quota-carrying sales leadership role
Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
Ability to coach and develop high-performance sales teams
Experience engaging with executives at top manufacturing accounts
Strong understanding of pipeline management and sales discipline
Willingness to travel and be on-site with customers 3–4 days a week
Experience with CRM systems and sales forecasting
