Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a variety of technical roles across Koddi’s technology teams
Lead intake and debrief meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Source and engage passive candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and HireEZ
Build strong partnerships with business unit leaders to understand role requirements and hiring goals
Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System to support reporting and process improvement
Deliver a consistent and professional candidate experience
Contribute to recruiting projects aimed at improving efficiency, quality of hire, and team collaboration
Use recruiting data and market research to inform decision making and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Five or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least three years focused on hiring for technology roles
Proficiency in sourcing methods and recruiting tools
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System such as Greenhouse
Experience working with and supporting senior leadership during the hiring process
Ability to independently lead meetings and navigate complex hiring scenarios
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working in fast-paced or startup environments
Collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities
