Responsibilities
95th Wing Commander Executive Agent responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the operations and maintenance of the National Airborne Operations Center 24/7 alert facility campus
Oversees the maintenance, repair, construction, and operation of all assigned buildings, systems, and supporting communications, power, fuel, and infrastructure. Includes responsibility for work control, planning, infrastructure, alarms, security, and facilities support and operations of the National Airborne Operations Center 24/7 Alert Campus as the 95th Wing main point of contact for all Base Operating Support-integrator with the 55th Wing
Responsible for maintenance, repair, and operation of alert facilities and alert vehicle fleet, ensuring cost-effective and reliable 24/7 support
Identifies all communications, power, and fuel infrastructure work required, including: HVAC, fire suppression, electrical distribution, power generators, aerospace ground equipment, lighting, alarms, security, and alert vehicle maintenance
Assists the 95th Wing and Air Force Global Strike Command with the development of E-4B concept of operations (CONOPS) for aircraft and aircrew beddown; development of strategy and operational level site facilities planning; annual production workload planning; annual resource management and budget planning (including alternative lodging planning, facility & security upgrades/repair/improvements)
Coordinates with the White House Military Office, Combatant commands, Air Combat Command, and Air Force Global Strike Command for the planning, scheduling, and mission requirements for host of the E-4B and crew
Prepares white papers, bullet background papers, course of action development briefings, and other 95th Wing Commander-decision-enabling products as directed
Qualification
Required
Must be a US citizen
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
Bachelor's Degree
8 or more years of relevant experience
Preferred
E-4B and NAOC Operations in Alert facility management/logistics/ground support; experience on a Wing staff - highly preferred
