Director, National Sales – Corporate
ON Services is a national live-event production company seeking a Director of National Sales – Corporate to drive new business and build strategic partnerships. Responsibilities
Drive new business with enterprise-level corporate clients, creating strategic partnerships that fuel growth
Build a robust pipeline, meet revenue goals, and contribute to a culture of high performance and accountability
Partner closely with ON’s Creative, Bid, and Production teams to develop innovative, creative proposals and deliver seamless event execution
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations on go-to-market strategies, presentations, and brand storytelling
Monitor client trends, market opportunities, and competitor activity to help guide corporate sales strategy
Maintain CRM accuracy, forecast results, and share market insights with the SVP of Sales and leadership team
Qualification
Required
5+ years of national live sales experience in the live event or hospitality industries
Proven track record of building corporate partnerships, exceeding revenue goals, and creating measurable business growth
Consultative, relationship-based seller — strategic, creative, and comfortable leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes
Active and/or engaged in industry organizations such as MPI, PCMA, CEMA, or SITE
Confident communicator and presenter with exceptional negotiation and closing skills
Tech- and data-savvy; proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
