Housing & Health Opportunities - H2O Evaluation and Impact Manager
Solari is an award-winning nonprofit that operates a 24/7 crisis line serving statewide in Arizona, Oklahoma, and Colorado. The H2O Evaluation and Impact Manager will be responsible for key reporting on the quality and evaluation of the H2O program, collaborating with stakeholders to provide reports and analysis related to data quality and performance indicators.

Responsibilities
Monitors H2O data quality and outcomes; ensures compliance with contractual scope of work
Evaluate provider and network performance against established outcome and process indicators; identify trends and opportunities for quality improvement
Validate and interpret analytic reports developed by technical teams, translating findings into actionable insights for providers and internal/external stakeholders, including AHCCCCS
Responsible for report submission and analysis of key H2O reports
Develops and leads presentations related to the analysis of data quality and outcomes. Materials will be sent and presented to external stakeholders, including the funder of H2O, AHCCCS
Builds strong partnerships with H2O leadership, the Business Intelligence team, data analysts, and Provider and Member Services teams
Responsible for developing reporting procedures
Assists in the development, review, and updates of H2O procedures and policies that involve reporting or are based on the analysis from the reporting
Develop and implement standard operating procedures and a communication plan for sharing data quality and analysis
Develop additional reports and respond to data requests as needed
Responsible for informing and leading in appropriate areas related to the Desktop Technical Assistance related to program monitoring
Supports in delivering training and technical assistance to provider agencies on H2O data entry, documentation, and reporting protocols, with emphasis on data accuracy and compliance with healthcare standards
Implementation of one-on-one consultations and group learning sessions to support teams and improve provider data quality, performance outcomes, and adherence to care coordination benchmarks
Communicate performance findings and quality expectations clearly and collaboratively to strengthen provider engagement and accountability

Qualification
Required
5+ years of combined experience in the field
3 years' Behavioral Health, Healthcare, or Homelessness leadership experience required
Minimum 2 years' experience with data evaluation and engaging with high-level positions with internal and external stakeholders
Demonstrates critical thinking skills and effective decision-making within the context of the organization's culture
Flexible interpersonal style
Has clear, concise, logical verbal and written business communication for the execution of vision and strategic initiatives
Excellent planning and execution skills

Has technical, industry-specific knowledge about healthcare, behavioral health, and homelessness, specifically the H2O program
