Responsibilities
Experience designing, building, and deploying AI chatbots end-to-end, from requirements gathering to production launch
Experience building Tableau dashboards and using system reports to make data easy to understand for end-users
Experience using Python to build AI frameworks, JavaScript for AI integration, and cloud services for AI deployment
Experience with NLP, machine learning, APIs, and database management to ensure AI chatbots are useful and reliable
Experience integrating chatbots with enterprise systems
Ability to write queries in multiple languages to extract and integrate data from databases
Ability to evaluate chatbot performance using metrics and implement improvements
Qualification
Required

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor's degree in a Technology field, such as Computer Science or Statistics
Preferred
Experience advising customers on the best way to track metrics and measure success
Experience translating business questions into data solutions
Experience training clients to use and maintain Tableau or similar dashboards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and creative solution development skills
Possession of strong oral and written communication skills
