Responsibilities
Proven experience in overseeing complex programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
Ability to manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maintaining long-term partnerships
Experience in identifying and securing new business opportunities, including contract proposals and expanding existing relationships
Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving the success of programs
Prior experience working with federal organizations is preferred, but not required
Experience in proposal management, including leveraging past performance and developing compelling proposals
U.S. Federal security clearance or eligibility to obtain one is preferred
