Responsibilities
Assisting the Bolton & Menk RSWS Team with preliminary planning, design and construction phase activities on infrastructure projects
Researching and preparing preliminary reports and feasibility studies
Assisting with project design and developing plans and specifications and preparing quantity take-off estimates and project cost estimates
Assisting with holding informational meetings to explain construction impacts to our clients and their residents
Assist with construction administration duties such as providing general oversight, attending progress meetings, review of submittals, preparing contract change documents, preparing pay applications, and interacting with contractors, sub-contractors, client staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from an ABET accredited post-secondary institution
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
5-10 years' progressive experience in municipal or infrastructure design
Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
Working knowledge and skills in CAD and design software (i.e. AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation)
Possess a valid driver's license as travel to various facilities and job sites may be required
Individuals must be legally authorized to work in the US at the start of employment without a need for current or future visa sponsorship
