Associate Engineer, On-Highway Products

Responsibilities

Apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions using sound engineering principles, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups
Review Structural and system level analyses and make design judgements based on results
Recommend appropriate DVP&R level to validate products and execute completion by initiating test requests, supporting data review and interpretation and a thorough review of test reports
Support DFMEA, PFMEA activity and assessment to Best Practices to guide product design
Presentation of assigned Opportunity Scenarios in PE tech reviews as and open issue reviews for continuous improvement of products

Qualification

Engineering DegreeGD&TDFMEATechnical InternshipCommunication Skills

Required

Good oral and written (e.g. presentations) communication skills

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (ME or EE preferred) / master of Engineering preferred
Technical Internship experience preferred
