Program Manager
Kearfott Corporation is a global Aerospace and Defense supplier with over a century of expertise. They are seeking a Program Manager to oversee the management of program costs, schedules, and quality throughout the project lifecycle, including opportunity identification, proposal generation, and production.

Develop Project / Program Plan
Define Work Breakdown Structure and Program Team
Project execution
Change management
Project completion, closeout and lessons learned
Budgeting, Estimation and forecasting Integrated Master Schedule development & management – activity & milestone definition Monitor, track and report actual costs, Variance reporting
Perform Estimate to Complete and Estimates at Completion
Change Management, budgeting and control
Identify project/ program team roles, responsibilities & accountabilities Creation of program organizational structure and decision hierarchy Monitoring and management of team performance to plan
Risk & Opportunity identification
Quantitative / qualitative analysis
Abatement and tracking of Risk
Communications plan, distribution and feedback Primary customer interface for program related items
Monthly & Quarterly Reviews preparation & conduct program schedule and cost performance reporting
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's in Engineering and 3 - 5 years' experience with complex electronic systems or equivalent required
3+ years project management experience or equivalent required
Well versed in MS Project and MS Office suite, ability to learn and extract data from an ERP system
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and across functional areas
Must be a US Citizen
Preferred
DOD Program Management/EVM experience highly desired
MS or MBA is preferred
PMP Certification is preferred
