Responsibilities
Build a high-performing founding network team
Recruit and collaborate with a founding Board of Directors, ensuring strong governance and aligned oversight
Cultivate positive relationships with community members, families, educators, and key stakeholders
Work closely with the ISF Fellows on the operational, financial, talent, and academic systems needed to launch their schools successfully
Create a plan to raise early-stage funding and to support the CMO in becoming sustainable over time
Qualification
Required
Bold, visionary and entrepreneurial leadership skills
Experience in designing and implementing organizational models from scratch
Strong understanding of academic, operations, finance and human assets systems
Ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Experience in recruiting and collaborating with a Board of Directors
Strong relationship-building skills with community members, families, educators, and key stakeholders
Experience working with educational fellows or similar programs
Ability to create funding plans and support organizational sustainability
Visionary architect and chief strategist capabilities
Commitment to excellence, innovation, and equity in education
