Responsibilities
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement using AI, data analytics, and automation tools (e.g., Python, Tableau, Snowflake, Sigma, UiPath, DataCamp, and others)
Analyze and automate accounting workflows, supporting quarterly SEC filings and financial reporting
Participate in projects that modernize our accounting operations, such as automating reconciliations, leveraging large language models for reporting, and developing dashboards for actionable insights
Present your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, demonstrating your ability to think critically and drive change
Qualification
Required
Pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or other related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to challenge existing processes
Strong analytical and communication skills
A passion for learning and applying new technologies to accounting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with automation and data analytics tools (Python, Tableau, Power Query, SQL, R, etc.) is highly valued
