Participating in relevant sales or local meetings

Required

8 years in Diagnostics sales
In-depth knowledge of the Healthcare Marketplace
2+ (recent) years of direct management within the industry
Expertise in managing the full sales funnel through CRM
Proven track record coaching and developing your team to use CRM to drive sales performance
Deep analytical and business planning skills
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to achieve revenue goals
Ability to provide accurate forecasts
Ability to deliver marginal profit results for the Western Territory
Experience managing Account Managers & Account Executives selling through distribution channels
Ability to implement brand strategies to boost sales and increase market share
Experience overseeing the product evaluation process
Ability to represent the company at industry trade shows and participate in relevant sales or local meetings
Willingness to travel 50-70%

Preferred

Reside in the Western territory of the contiguous US
Preferably located in an area that is easily accessible to a major airport
