Build and lead a high-performing, multi-generational team of client service specialists

Inspire and motivate through a compelling vision and inclusive leadership

Drive talent development, change leadership, and accountability across the team

Champion a customer-centric mindset and deliver high promoter scores

Serve as a trusted partner to RIA clients, creating deep and lasting relationships

Collaborate with leaders across AssetMark to ensure a consistent and exceptional service experience
