Responsibilities

Contributing to big projects in meaningful ways that matter

Supporting back-of-house operations of the Studio Operations organization across various locations

Managing, building, and supporting all Operations users in different systems and processing enhancements that may require technology

Required

Must be actively enrolled in a degree-granting program at an accredited institution during the entire duration of the program. Spring 2026 graduates are not eligible for our Summer 2026 internship program

Current class standing of sophomore or above (30 credits)

Must be presently authorized to work for any employer in the United States and must not require work visa sponsorship from NBCUniversal now or in the future to retain authorization to work in the United States

Must be available to work 40 hours per week from June 1 – August 7, 2026

Must be willing to work in Universal City, CA

Preferred

Students with class standing of junior or above preferred

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above

Ability to conduct interviews, document business needs, and translate operational challenges into clear, structured requirements

Comfortable using tools like Excel, Word, or OneNote to organize findings and track stakeholder input

Familiarity with Power BI, including building dashboards, creating DAX measures, and designing intuitive visual layouts

Understanding of data sources and basic data modeling to support accurate and insightful reporting

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in business processes, data handling, and stakeholder engagement

Preferred coursework in data visualization, operations, or systems analysis

Experience or academic exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence tools, with familiarity in dashboard creation, data modeling, and visual storytelling

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, ask thoughtful questions, and document requirements with clarity

Comfortable presenting ideas and gathering feedback from diverse operational and technical teams
