Inside Sales Representative - Waterproofing

New Castle Building Products is a privately owned full service building material distributor based in White Plains, NY. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for answering phone calls, emails, quoting projects for the outside sales team, processing completed orders, and cold calling prospective customers.

Responsibilities

Working in a fast-paced environment

Preparing quotes for potential customers

Handle and process customer returns

Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of products sold

Coordinate customer delivery requirements with the dispatcher

Shared responsibility for inventory management and purchasing

You will be expected to perform other duties as assigned
