Responsibilities

Working closely with the Scrum Master, lead agile development

Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions

Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product

Perform discovery on topics to gather information for requirements and begin further analysis efforts

Assess value and prioritize stories, epics, and themes to ensure work focuses on maximum value and alignment with product strategy

Provide backlog management and prioritization, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories

Ensure development team understands items in the backlog and gets clarity on items

Be responsible for the delivery of new features and updates to existing features

Build and manage the backlog of user stories to achieve the business roadmap

Prioritize activities according to user needs while taking into consideration IT constraints, relationships with external partners

Continuously make improvements and fixes to the product to enhance the customer experience

Inform and influence stakeholders of the initiative's progress and solution status, effectively sharing the product vision and complex situation
