Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis on business litigation cases

Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests

Manage case files and ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner

Counsel clients on their legal rights and options in business disputes

Prepare for and participate in trial proceedings, including witness preparation and evidence presentation

Negotiate settlements and participate in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) processes

Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to statutory interpretations

Assist in the development and implementation of case strategies and plans
