New Grad, Entry LevelHB Travels is expanding its travel network and is looking for motivated individuals to join as Virtual Trip Coordinators. In this role, you will assist clients in planning and organizing their travel experiences from home.

Responsibilities
Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and excursions
Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences
Provide destination insights, recommendations, and up-to-date travel information
Ensure smooth communication between clients and travel suppliers
Maintain accurate records of bookings and itineraries
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and customer-focused
Self-motivated with a genuine interest in the travel industry
Comfortable using digital tools and platforms
Preferred
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required)
