Chief Development Officer

Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is seeking a visionary leader for the role of Chief Development Officer. This position involves driving fundraising strategies and managing a talented team to foster positive change in the lives of youth across the region.

Individual & Family Services

Responsibilities

Guide the Resource Development team and act as a visionary for future fundraising initiatives
Drive strategies for major gifts, planned giving, corporate partnerships, and annual campaigns
Identify and pursue grant opportunities while ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
Report progress to the CEO and Board, manage donor records, and ensure reconciliation with the Finance Department
Lead and inspire a team of development and grant professionals

Required

Proven success in fundraising, including major gifts, annual campaigns, and grant writing
Stellar communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders

A passion for our mission and a commitment to driving positive change
A desire to travel and engage with our communities frequently

Preferred

A Bachelor's degree is preferred
