Responsibilities
Creating end-to-end architectural designs, focusing on meeting defined objectives around availability, reliability, performance, security, and scalability
Collaborating with development teams to implement designs
Socializing and building consensus around architectural decisions to provide stable and secure platforms
Designing solutions for software and configuration deployments, database, control plane, and security
Qualification
Required
8 years of experience and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or its equivalent
Good understanding of architectural principles, such as scaling, reliability, performance, security, and their implementations
Understanding of Internet layer 3 and 4 technologies DDOS attacks, including attack vectors and mitigations
Can analyze and prototype new auto mitigation algorithms
Programming skills (e.g., Perl, Python, JS, Java, GO, eBPF) to help prototype new product ideas and concepts
Knowledge of utilizing DB (Clickhouse) technologies to test new algorithms on stored historic packet data
