The Market Development Representative for Don Ramon will focus on driving growth in tequila-focused markets through strategic brand-building initiatives and partner engagement, while executing sales and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute brand-building strategies in designated tequila markets

Ensure consistent brand representation across all touchpoints in the market

Support long-term brand positioning through local market insights and initiatives

Identify and engage with key partners, including On-Premise accounts, influencers, and event organizers

Build strong relationships to support collaborative promotional opportunities and brand alignment

Execute On-Premise strategies to increase visibility and consumer engagement

Support account staff with product training and sell-through initiatives

Organize and participate in promotional events, brand activations, and tastings

Ensure high-quality execution and alignment with brand guidelines

Conduct brand and product education sessions for trade partners, account staff, and consumers

Serve as a subject matter expert on tequila to elevate category knowledge and enthusiasm

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activations

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies and ROI

Required

This is a hybrid role that includes a combination of remote work, in-office meetings, and approximately 25% travel

A valid driving record must remain within MVR policy guidelines throughout the duration of employment

Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening upon hire and may be subject to random screenings throughout employment

Exceptional time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with various business systems, including Syndicated Data tools and Sales Performance platforms such as VIP, MicroStrategy, and Encompass

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
