Responsibilities

Serve as one of the key members of our team that will directly communicate with counterparties and vendors during the onboarding process
Perform due diligence on various types of counterparties and vendors Susquehanna faces to help manage/mitigate risk
Conduct payment instruction vetting on outgoing domestic and international wire transfers in U.S. Dollars and/or foreign currency and EFTs with a high degree of accuracy and within established deadlines
Escalate issues according to procedures while owning the resolution, and keeping management informed on progress
Maintain counterparty metadata in a proprietary database and other third-party systems
Gain exposure to the markets and other areas of the business
Ad-hoc projects as required

Required

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a financial institution with prior experience, knowledge, and understanding of SWIFT (experience with International Wires, Intermediate Banks/Correspondent Banks is a plus)
Superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and respond to shifting priorities
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate issues into actionable items and recommendations
Sound judgement, professionalism, and discretion
Self-motivated and ability to work on your own initiatives is critical for this role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be diligent and meticulous with attention to detail
Demonstrated experience with Excel
Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future

Preferred

Experience with Fenergo
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
