Program Management-Subcontract Senior Manager
Lockheed Martin is a leading aerospace innovator, and they are seeking a Program Management–Subcontract Senior Manager for their Santa Barbara Focal-plane team. The role involves leading a Supplier Management Team and ensuring supplier performance meets technical, schedule, cost, and affordability goals for a high-visibility DoD prime contract.

Responsibilities
Directing a team of subcontract, cost and performance targets
Acting as the primary liaison between program leadership, senior suppliers and internal stakeholders
Monitoring and reporting technical performance of procured hardware and systems
Managing supplier production plans, delivery milestones and budget health
Ensuring all subcontract work meets or exceeds affordability requirements
Leading risk identification, mitigation and escalation processes
Supporting the established Supplier Management Team (SMT) framework and continuous improvement initiatives
Representing the program in occasional travel to supplier sites and customer facilities
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to obtain a secret clearance
Experience in program management and subcontract management
Experience leading a team
Ability to monitor and report technical performance
Experience managing supplier production plans and delivery milestones
Experience in budget tracking and affordability compliance
Experience in risk identification and mitigation
Strong communication skills to act as a liaison between program leadership and suppliers
Ability to support continuous improvement initiatives
