Structural Professional Engineer

The Structural Professional Engineer will lead the structural design and analysis of various projects, ensuring technical excellence and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities
Prepare plans, reports, and studies for review
Direct technicians and EIT’s for production of engineering documents for routine projects accurately and efficiently
Interface with Clients when appropriate alongside Project Managers
Visit construction sites to observe progress and determine general conformance to engineering plans and specifications
Research design criteria, regulations, and standards as they relate to projects and incorporate them into design documents
Mentor others in the proficient use of design software
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or architectural engineering
Passed the Professional Engineer exam and can provide a PE license number
A minimum of 10 years of structural building design experience in a consulting role
Preferred
The ability to use Revit/BIM
