Director, National Sales – Association Partnerships
ON Services is a national live-event production company specializing in audiovisual services for hotels, resorts, and convention centers. They are seeking a Director, National Sales – Association Partnerships to develop new business in the national association market and build relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and grow new business within the national association and exhibitions market, identifying opportunities across annual meetings, conventions, and educational events
Build trusted relationships with association executives, meeting planners, and event decision-makers through consultative, solution-based selling
Partner closely with ON’s Creative, Bid, and Production teams to develop innovative, creative proposals and deliver compelling presentations
Represent ON Services at PCMA, MPI, IAEE, ASAE, and other industry associations—stay active, visible, and engaged within the planner community
Maintain CRM pipeline accuracy, forecast results, and contribute to the overall sales strategy
Report directly to the SVP of Sales, collaborating on go-to-market planning, client partnerships, and revenue growth
Qualification
Required
5+ years of national live sales experience in the live event or hospitality industries
Proven success selling to meeting planners, association executives, and trade-show organizers
Excellent communicator and relationship builder; confident presenting to senior-level audiences
Collaborative, strategic, and motivated to exceed goals — a natural connector and rainmaker who builds business through relationships and reputation
Ability to travel 25–50% nationwide
Preferred
Active and/or engaged member of PCMA, MPI, or IAEE preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
