Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate the movement of heavy machinery and materials on-site to support drilling and extraction activities
Assist in the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of equipment and infrastructure as required by operational needs
Monitor work areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly
Collaborate with rig crews and supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges
Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure operational readiness

Qualification

Required

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Basic understanding of safety protocols in oil and gas or mining environments
Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
Prior experience in a labor-intensive role within oil and gas extraction, mining, or a related industry

Preferred

Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or equivalent safety training
Experience operating or directing heavy machinery such as forklifts, cranes, or bulldozers
First aid and CPR certification
Familiarity with site-specific environmental and safety regulations
Strong communication skills and experience working in team-oriented environments
