Responsibilities

Advising key stakeholders through selection, transformation, implementation, and configuration of Workday

Contributing beyond client delivery, including, but not limited to recruiting, coaching, marketing, business development, practice development, operational improvement, and beyond

Implementing performance improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Configure and customize the Workday Accounting Center platform to align with the organization’s processes and requirements

Analyze existing financial processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization

Lead the implementation of Workday financials modules. Integrate these modules seamlessly into existing business processes

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including finance, legal, sales, and IT teams, to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with Workday functionalities

Provide training to end-users on Workday functionalities and support ongoing user adoption. Address and resolve issues in a timely manner

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Workday configurations, integrations, and processes

Stay informed about Workday updates and industry best practices. Recommend and implement continuous improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of contract-to-cash processes
