Responsibilities

Drive Growth Strategy for Key Accounts: You'll lead strategic planning and execution for Replica's most valuable and influential customers and, specifically, their most pressing challenges. This includes:
Leading engagement strategies: discovery conversations, scoping workshops, onboarding programs, executive briefings, and power user development; Identifying opportunities for account expansion or new product adoption
Shape Product Strategy and Development: You’ll help define and deliver Replica’s product roadmap by working across teams and with external users:
Identifying gaps, use cases, and opportunities based on field experience
Working with software engineers and data developers to scope and prototype new features or full applications
Developing analytical models or apps on top of Replica’s data
Driving adoption of new features through customer rollouts and iterative feedback
Owning projects or features from problem scoping through deployment

Required

Must have strong interpersonal skills, maturity and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
A hands-on, action-oriented approach that fits well with the entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture
Engaging leadership style that builds and sustains credibility with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders
Broad functional experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, sales and market development and planning

Preferred

Familiarity with geospatial data, transportation systems, or urban planning
Experience using tools like SQL, Python, or low-code app builders
Background in consulting, civic tech, product strategy, or analytics
